MPO's Visa Check Card Information

Any share draft member may apply for an MPO Visa Check Card.* Upon acceptance, the Visa Check Card can be used in stores, online, or over the phone. The amount of your purchase is automatically debited from your MPO share draft account.
*Although your card debits your share draft account, you MUST remember to indicated CREDIT when asked if you're using a debit or credit card.

Lost/Stolen/Compromised Card Information

If you suspect that your card has been lost, stolen, or otherwise compromised, keeping your cool and acting quickly is very important.

Some important steps to follow should include:

• Contacting the credit union immediately - 845-343-2850. We'll assist you in blocking your card and submitting any necessary documentation.
• If the credit union is closed or you are unable to reach us, call Visa directly at
  1-800-543-5073. Follow up with a call to the credit union on the next available business day.
• If you suspect that your card was stolen, we suggest that you contact the police department and follow their direction.
• If you feel that your account was compromised in a scheme or fraud, you should  follow the steps outlined above to ensure that a block is placed on your card as soon as possible.

Surcharge Free ATM Use*

MPO Federal Credit Union has made arrangements with M&T Bank to allow its members surcharge free use of any M&T ATM.

MPO does not charge its members for using any ATM machine. However, the owners of any ATM that you use may charge you a fee. You will be notified when you use the machine if there will be a fee and the amount that will be added to your withdrawal.

Currently, M&T has 35 ATM locations in Orange, Ulster, Sullivan and Rockland counties.

Designed specifically for those individuals that like to shop online, Verified by Visa helps protect your existing Visa card with a password that you create.
