Lost/Stolen/Compromised Card Information

If you suspect that your card has been lost, stolen, or otherwise compromised, keeping your cool and acting quickly is very important.

Some important steps to follow should include:

Contacting the credit union immediately - 845-343-2850. We'll assist you in blocking your card and submitting any necessary documentation.
If the credit union is closed or you are unable to reach us, call Visa directly at
1-800-543-5073. Follow up with a call to the credit union on the next available business day.
If you suspect that your card was stolen, we suggest that you contact the police department and follow their direction.
If you feel that your account was compromised in a scheme or fraud, you should follow the steps outlined above to ensure that a block is placed on your card as soon as possible.
