Wire Transfers

MPO is pleased to offer a variety of wire transfer options:

  • Domestic
  • International
  • Western Union

Wire transfers can be used to send or receive money quickly and safely from other financial institutions. Wire transfers are best used for one time or non-regularly scheduled payments between two parties that need to be done quickly.

If you would like to send a wire transfer, please contact the credit union prior to coming in so that we can help you obtain the necessary information needed to complete the transaction in a timely manner. You will need to come into the credit union in order to sign the wire transfer form and to provide a picture id. (Picture id is now required on ALL wire transfer transactions - no exceptions.) There is a fee associated with this service.

If you would like to receive a wire transfer, please contact the credit union prior to initiating the transaction with the other financial institution. We will be able to provide you with the necessary information to ensure the transaction is completed smoothly and timely. There is a fee associated with this service.

Western Union wire transfers can be requested. The maximum amount transferable is $500.00. There is fee associated with this service.
