In today's increasingly competitive marketplace, we know how important it is to acquire and retain quality employees. We'd like to help you offer something that can give you an edge on the competition. Offering MPO Federal Credit Union membership to your employees is an outstanding benefit that costs you, as a company, nothing.

MPO Federal Credit Union makes it easy to request and become a sponsor. Ready?

All we need is a letter, printed on your companies letterhead, requesting to become a sponsoring organization of MPO Federal Credit Union for your employees. The minimum number of employees must be equal to or greater than two (2) employees.

Here is a sample letter that you may use to make things even easier!

We would like to request (Name of your company) be added to MPO Federal Credit Unions field of membership. We have (# of employees) number of employees and are (approximate distance from any of our branch locations) from your (branch location) office.

Adding your company to our field of membership usually takes only a few minutes, but it can take a week or two to receive approval from NCUA.

We will contact you as soon as we receive approval so that you may begin spreading the word about the credit union benefit.

Promoting Your New Benefit

Once you've been approved to offer this exciting new benefit to your employees, you'll need to spread the word. This can be accomplished by a variety of means:

  • On-site membership drives - A CU employee can be onsite to discuss and promote the benefit during employee breaks.
  • New member packets for new hires.
  • Paycheck inserts promoting membership, events and products.
  • Display posters.
  • Quarterly newsletters for display to employer groups.
