Using much of the same technology as MPO Online, MPO Mobile Money takes "online" banking one step further. Using text messaging and web browsers, you can receive account information right on your mobile device!

MPO Mobile Money basic allows you to  access your account balances and transaction history via text message. Will also allow Alerts to be sent to your handset based upon criteria you desire.

MPO Mobile Money advanced allows you to access your account balances, transaction history, pay bills, create transfers as well as manage account alerts. MPO Mobile Money advanced requires enrollment in MPO Online Bill Pay Service.  MPO Online Bill Pay Service is available to Regular and Student Share Draft account holders only.

Currently, MPO Mobile Money is available to all MPO Online users free of charge.

Account set up, alerts and bill payment features are managed via the Self Service tab of MPO Online.  If you haven't already enrolled in MPO Online, contact any of our credit union branches and we'll be happy to assist you. Additionally,  MPO Mobile Money Bill Payment service requires enrollment in MPO Online Bill Payment Service.

MPO Mobile Money Text Commands
Send a text message to MPO Mobile Money (87431)
In the body of the message, type any one of the following commands:

    bal - Will reply with balance information for any of you MPO accounts your designated accounts.

    hist + account nickname - Will reply with the most recent 5 transactions. You can Reply with Next or More for the next 5 transactions and so on.

    help - Will reply with acceptable commands.
    NOTE: Branch and ATM texts are non-functioning. We are hoping to have this issue resolved in the future.

    stop - Will halt all text messages from being sent to your cell phone.

Removing or Deleting the MPO Mobile Money Service
You may remove MPO Mobile Money by doing one of the following:

• Text stop to 87431
• Log into MPO Online and click on Self Service Tab. In the Additional Services area, click on Mobile Money. When the screen refreshes, click Ok. Using the pull down menu on the next screen, select "Stop using this phone for mobile banking.

FAQ's

Fees/Charges
MPO does not charge it's members for the web browser or text messages between the mobile device and MPO. However, members may be charged from their mobile phone plan provider. Check with your mobile phone provider for any additional text, SMS or browsing charges that may apply.

Enrollment Process
Members can enroll in MPO Mobile Money by contacting any branch of MPO Federal Credit Union for your security code.
Note: You must currently be enrolled in MPO Online to enroll in the MPO Mobile Money application. If you are not currently enrolled in MPO Online, please contact any of our branch locations and we will assist you in the enrollment process.

All of your alerts and bill payment features will be created and edited from the Self Service tab in MPO Online.

MPO Mobile Money Bill Payment
If you are interested in utilizing the bill payment feature, you must first be enrolled in MPO Online Bill Payment service. This can be requested online once you have enrolled in MPO Online. For additional information regarding MPO Online Bill Payment service, click here.

The basic MPO Mobile Money applications utilizing text messages and balance inquiries is available to all MPO members. MPO Online Bill Payment Service and MPO Mobile Bill Payment service is NOT available to No-Frills share draft account holders.
